That’s a Wrap…on the 2023 – 2024 School Year!

Pittsburgh New Church School had a heartwarming graduation program last Wednesday night, celebrating 5 graduating students. Zephyrine Fleenor, Keith Heffernan, Sean Smith, Sheila Smith & Sterling Smith graduated 8th grade to go on to high school. They gave inspiring speeches on their experiences during their time at PNCS. Sheila & Sterling Smith had been at PNCS since PreK! (We no longer include PreK in our curriculum) Some of the students had made tremendous improvement in their reading ability during their time at PNCS, and will be able to go to high school ready for the challenge.

We also recognized Mrs. Julie Uber on her 40 years of teaching at PNCS. She got a standing ovation! The evening concluded with cake and pictures out on the lawn just before it started to rain.
