Come experience what it is like to struggle with dyslexia. The International Dyslexia Association and PNCS are excited to sponsor this event for the community. RSVP to the school office (412-731-0122) by March 12 if you are interested.
A beginning level 1 dyslexia training co-sponsored by the Learning Disabilities Association of America and PNCS, which includes four classes, will begin on Saturday, March 9. The series will be held at PNCS from 8am to 12:30pm for three Saturdays: March 9, March 23, and April 6. The final class will be Sunday, April 29 from 2 to 6pm. Cost for the full training is $250, normally priced at $2000. There are only a few places left, so call soon to reserve your place: 412-731-0122.
Join us on Friday, December 14 at 7:00 pm for our annual Christmas celebration, a mix of humorous and sacred entertainment put on by our students. This year we’re presenting the classic “Charlie Brown’s Christmas,” in addition to other musical and poetic offerings.
Get excited for our annual harvest festival! We’ve harvested our school garden, and are looking forward to sharing the produce! Join us on Saturday, November 3 at 5pm for a fun family event. Our students are working hard to prepare an evening of entertainment that is sure to make you laugh and get you in the fall spirit. Dr. Collin Diedrich, a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at University of Pittsburgh who spoke at PNCS last year, will give a presentation at the Carnegie Science Center on November 5.
