Admissions Director, Dr. Joseph Nocera, has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Branch of the International Dyslexia Associations Board of Directors. Dr. Nocera will serve on the Board as Treasurer beginning in July. Nocera has over 23 years in K-12 and higher education and is entering his 3rd year at PNCS.
