Saturday, November 4 at 5:00pm The PNCS Annual Harvest Festival is coming up on Saturday, November 4. We are all excited to have a delicious potluck dinner and square dance the night away! We will be serving roast chicken and the students will be making homemade applesauce, bread & butter, and pumpkin & apple pies. It is always a special time of year when the students get to harvest the PNCS veggie garden and cook up the vegetables with Mrs. Uber. October 7, 2023 JOIN US for the 2023 Dyslexia Dash 5K to benefit the Pennsylvania Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (PBIDA) will take place on Saturday, Oct. 7th, at 3:00 p.m. at PNCS. The actual in-person 5K is being held in Atlanta Georgia, but you can register at the following link to complete a virtual 5K with us here in Pittsburgh. Saturday, October 7 The Pittsburgh New Church School will have a table at the Point Breeze Fall Festival located at Sterret Classical Academy School at the top of Le Roi Road on Saturday, October 7th from 4-7 pm. Stop by, visit, and buy a hot cider and hot dog to quench your thirst and hunger.

Monday, April 24, 6:30 – 9:00pm Please join us for a very special evening! Attorney Jeff Ruder will be speaking about advocating for your student’s rights through disability law. His law firm helps families obtain needed educational services for students with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities such as dyslexia, or emotional disabilities. Families will also have the opportunity to speak with our admissions director and staff and tour the school. This is a great opportunity to learn about your student’s rights and how they can get the educational assistance they need to succeed. The school will open for touring at 6:30pm …

Who is summer camp for? Students who are entering 1st through grade 6 When is summer camp? This summer, camp will take place during the 4 full weeks of July What are camp hours? This year we are only offering the full day option with the hours of 8 am – 4 pm What will be offered at camp? Each day, campers will have instruction in Orton-Gillingham based reading, writing, and math in the morning followed by an afternoon of sports, art, and drama. We take field trips to local splash parks and playgrounds and spend a lot of time outside in the afternoons! …
