Julie Uber holds a master’s degree in elementary education from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a B.S. in education from Bryn Athyn College of the New Church. Further educational studies include a MARS class in teaching in a multigrade classroom, training for multi-sensory math, and many fine arts classes. Julie moved to Pittsburgh to teach in the Pittsburgh New Church School in 1984, and loved it so much that she never left! She teaches art for all age levels, and math and science for grades 3-4. She has completed some Wilson Language training, while also teaching occasional workshops in fused glass and pottery.
